Information we collect

Account and business information you provide when you sign up, such as your name, email, business profile and locations.

Review-flow inputs from your customers - the rating, the chips and free text they choose - used to help them draft their own review. Vouvio does not fabricate this content.

Attestation and technical data logged with each submission, including a timestamp, IP address, and the text version, so there is an audit trail that the review is genuine.

How we use information

To operate the review-collection flow, route review requests to the platforms you choose, alert you to private feedback, and show your dashboard and reporting.

To provide, secure, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer review inputs to train third-party models.

Consent and messaging

Outbound messaging to customers or patients requires consent, and that consent requirement is enforced at the database layer - not left to the honor system. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people you add.

Healthcare data and HIPAA

For clinics, Vouvio is HIPAA-aware: patient messaging is consent-gated, and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available for clinics that require one before any patient communications are sent.

Data sharing and providers

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Vouvio (for example, hosting, database, payments, and messaging), under agreements that protect it. Review content is posted by your customers directly to the third-party platforms they choose.

Your choices

You can access, correct, or delete your account information, and request deletion of associated data, by contacting hello@vouvio.com. We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.
