Vouvio helps local and healthcare businesses earn more genuine reviews - the honest, compliant way. We built it because most review tools quietly break the rules, and the businesses using them pay for it.
Why we built Vouvio
Reviews decide where customers and patients go. But the fastest way to grow them - gating out unhappy customers, letting AI write fake reviews, or auto-posting on someone’s behalf - is exactly what Google and the FTC penalize. Businesses that use those tactics risk having their reviews filtered or removed, and their reputation damaged.
We think you shouldn’t have to choose between growing your reviews and staying compliant. Vouvio does what review-growth tools do - but legally.
What we believe
Never gate. Every rating, one to five stars, sees the public review path. We never hide it based on sentiment.
Grounded AI only. Our Honest Assist AI formats the customer’s own words and inputs - it never invents content.
Logged attestation. Every submission records a timestamp, IP, text version and inputs, so there’s a real audit trail.
Never auto-post. The customer writes and posts their own review. We never publish for them.
Who we serve
Vouvio is built for local and healthcare businesses across the US and Canada - starting with dental and medical clinics, where compliance and patient privacy matter most. The same compliant flow works for any local service business, from multi-location groups to restaurants.
For clinics, messaging is consent-gated at the database layer, and a Business Associate Agreement is available where required.
Where we are
Vouvio is early and building in the open with a group of design partners. The testimonials on our site are labelled as design-partner placeholders until we have real customer reviews to show - because publishing fabricated praise would contradict everything we stand for.
